Fenix Outpatient Services provides drug and/or alcohol abuse treatment services to adults. We offer comprehensive individual sessions, family and group sessions. We provide substance abuse counseling including: AOD education, Early Sobriety, Relapse Prevention, Perinatal Cal-Works, Anger Management, Domestic Violence and Prop36. Counseling sessions vary in duration and most are based on a sliding fee scale. No one is denied services due to inability to pay. Private and self-referrals are welcome.

The Pioneer House provides Dual Diagnosis day treatment services, free of charge, for men and women who are both chemically dependent and affected by schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression. Working with the River Street Shelter, Pioneer House also provides a residential treatment program for up to eight homeless people who are willing to make a full-time commitment to recovery.
